Concrete Waggons
Can anyone tell me why a concrete supplier will only deliver 7.5 cubic meters of concrete in a waggon? Two years ago I could have 8 in the same waggon!

In an attempt to answer your question, it has been explained to me that concrete lorries are close to road tax thresholds. I think for LGV’s, road duty is based upon weight, and therefore, 8 cubic meters, would require the operator to pay more tax.
